You do not pay duty on model aircraft, if anything you will have to pay Canadian sales tax only.

I've placed several orders with them and have never been charged. That said, I've never purchased something as big as a plane, it's always been a couple lipos then some small parts to make the shipping worthwhile. I try to keep the value fairly low so it stays off border services radar.
