Re: my flying my j3 piper cub hey waitaminute! You took off with ice on the wings. Law says you can't take off any plane in Canada with ice on any flying surface  Very pretty plane. Re: my flying my j3 piper cub Following a plane in flight is really tough! Don't go too hard on her especially if she can cook!  I put an E flight 25 on my 60" Sig Senorita, had to take it off before I destroyed the plane! That saying - "you can always throttle back" - ya, it's BS, you never do! The E flight 15 now powers it with floats, glider cradle and glider towing. It has almost unlimited vertical on wheels! Merv |

Re: my flying my j3 piper cub your right for the motor they rec the eflight power 25 is way to much motor for it its like a 3d cub BUT you can scale fly it. it can fly realy slow if you want but then you have the power to FLY CRAZY to lol |

I'm glad you picked that ARF Cub to demo as I have now lost interest in buying one. It doesn't resemble a Cub in any way once it leaves the ground. But then I'm a scale kind of guy. Don't give up on the videos, I have viewed lots of much worse ones including my own! Merv |
