[QUOTE=cravenjw;1279396]Couple big ones on RCC, but what you want is huge. Dirtdr fly's big stuff, send him a pm.

He flys a plane, 100cc gas equivalent, 33 pound plane, 29x12 prop
Would guess he was getting 45-55lbs of thrust.

I bought dirt doctors AJ Slick 104" plane, 28x12 prop 31 lbs rtf weight at the momment. Does feel like 45 lbs or so of thrust.

"51 inch prop" Thats huge.

Re: Need electric Help pls

Certainly it can be done. You just need money. Perhaps if you gave a us a mission profile. I would guess you need to have about 25hp - 18,000 watts. What weight are you hoping to achieve? And why the 51" prop?

Re: Need electric Help pls

must it be 1 prop or will multiple props with equivalent total thrust fill the bill. Are you lifting as in a hexacopter or pulling as in a plane?
