First Place Intermediate was won by Brent Bullen Calgary

Unfortunatley this was Henry's last IMAC as he sold his beautiful carden and will only fly pattern now as there are no fields to fly such a large plane anymore in the immediate Vancouver Area.

Brant another fellow Canadian also sold his new Godfrey Extra in the picture as he too has no place to fly it.
Congrats to Brent and Henry.
Sorry to hear of the field loss too... it's happening all too often.

Way to go Brent, congratulations.

You would have to be a polar bear to fly here today - about 4 cm of fresh snow overnight.

Way to go Brendan and with a new plane at that!
Alright, I heard the trailer and van was pretty much packed to the seams, how'd you manage to get a kit and a build plane in??? I hope someone didn't have to ride the roof home. Congrats on your new purchases guy's, the way Rick and Don glow while flying their Carden Pro's you're going to love them.

Yup, it's fun bringing back "southern wood"

Congrats guys.

There's a lot more cross border flying going on than I think many people realize.

Really unfortunate about field loss. It's becoming a larger problem all the time.

The Ocala club members mentioned they had been squeezed out (horse farms) and re-located as as a result so it's not just a Canadian thing.

Well done guys!! Congrats

Very sad reminder of just how difficult it can be to be able to fly.

Cheers

How are you guys liking the smaller ailerons?

Rick... No doubt your Mintor220 sounds the best

Sorry... Lots of questions

Beautiful planes and great results.
Thanks Trev,
I don't think I notice any difference in stiffness of the fuse, other than the whole package performs better than anything I've had before. Snaps look good and are easy to tune.
The small ailerons seem to be a success. One servo per panel = lightness, although it has to be a top quality servo.
You have to use more throw, probably about 25% more than with the standard size aileron. However, it's a definite no-go for 3D!
Loving it though. Can't wait to get some more time on it.
