Jack Marcotte has a pair of 1L water bottles in his Carden Pro and he only uses 1/2 after 14mim of flying (when he goes up, his flights are long) What a sweet looking bird!! congrats! |

Re: CARF SUKOHI SU-31 with a ZDZ 210cc ASSEMBLY BUILD I worked on how I was going to lay things out in the interior and finished up the main landing gear. The wheel spats are not painted on the inside so I gave them 4 coats of paint from a rattle can that matches the color used on the plane. The wheels are Airman with full ball bearings and the axles are made from 1/4" grade 8 bolts. |

I think what I am going to do with my wings is drill a hole through each of the wing bolts so I can put a small hitch pin through after I put the nylon nuts on. Thanks for the heads up. Are you referring to your 210 or the DA200L I just picked up. I had one on order for the longest time and gave up. The new price on it was going to be 3200. I spotted this one on FG for sale. The guy only wanted 2200 and it included a set of Jtec mufflers and shipping. I feel like I robbed him. Nice stand up guy, he had it shipped to DA for inspection before putting it up for sale and supplied me with the paperwork. No work was required and it was given a clean bill of health. I have already run it up on my stand and it runs perfect. I had a look inside all the cylinders and they all look nice, no carbon build up on the pistons. The rings are nicely polished so it is broke in. I pulled the plugs and all four looked very good and replaced them with new plugs. Scary powerful with lightning fast throttle response. Here are a couple of better shots of it. |
