Werlebird So I tried a xoar 28x10 Carbon of a friends that is new and it doesn't rip barely at all. Get about 6000 on the ground with it. I see videos of a DA 100L ripping the hell out of it and the 120 won't. I tried a falcon 28x9W and it is actually decently loud. Is there much difference in rpm between a normal and a wide prop of the same size and pitch ?

Think I got a slight lemon of an engine lol.
The timing was way off and I had to notch out the hall sensor plastic a ridiculous amount to get it where i believe is 28degrees.

Oh well I guess it's a gp123 or gp 176 evo for the next plane in a few years

Werlebird Hey guys not really sure how to find the proper thread for this question but I need a tail wheel and axel for my aeroworks extra 260 100cc. No where in the manual does it state the tail wheel size and aero works only offers the entire tail setup which I do not need. Or can I afford right now. Just wondering what size the wheel is since mine flew off mid flight.

If you want Rip, change your order for a 29x9, the larger diameter will cross .70 mach at something like 6000 rpm ish... So it'll rip louder sooner.

The one in the picture was wood, but the Mejlick has been on for 2.5 years and is great, but rips on demand.
Yah my 9.5 falcon doesn't rip in demand only on far away down line fast passes k can get it ripping . The mejzlik will rip even though it has more pitch ? I just ordered a falcon 28x 9W to try. Maybe that will get better rip

Yah it flies really good I love the sound. I have the falcon 28x9.5 on there but I saw a post a few pages back and the guy said he was getting 6700 with canisters and a mejzlik 28x10. Wonder if that would be better
