Re: Naza Control

I wondered why you had the BEC on there, Mike. I thought that the Naza came with one but I didn't read the manual fully so I didn't argue with it :P

Have you got it flying now? Want to get together again and get this bird in the air?

Well yes I realized the second BEC was where my problem stemmed from. As I said have builyt to many Helis and fixed wing and just installed one. So I took out the second Bec and decided to start from scratch and removed all the tweeking I had put in my radio. Hooked everything up to computer and after doing the steps and disconnecting I now have a yellow light . So turn everything off and reconnect . Well the voltage when its calibrated reads 18 some odd volts its a 3s battery set at 3s on the screen Tried to manually change it to 12.6 a fully charged 3s but no luck. Do I need to push write or read first. So I decided to try and fly it flashing yellow (orange)and nothing. Ok so now I have to find out if its a setting on my radio or cause of yellow light

Well we checked battery fully charged or 98% on my Hyperion EOS .When I look at the voltage where you calibrate it is only reading 5.24 volts. I tried manually to change this no luck. So I did some reading and think I have found the source of my problem. Self inflicted at that. I installed a BEC with an on off switch and then to the VU. Built to many planes and helis and read someting in that wasn't there.
Kinda family day today so won't get to changing this until later tonight. Hey if you admit mistakes it might help someone else out

You can flash them, and it makes a big difference. The new version of these escs had little to know documentation, so I made a diagram to assist.
