This is quite exciting news actually so I was eager to learn all. Glad I never got rod of all my stuff. X9D is nice radio.

Sorry uf a shortened form of post ing from phone keyboard is not up ti your standards.

I recognize the effirt that it takes since I realize i jyst did not have the time ti properly dedicate a real cotribution.

It's clearly marked in the certification. The way your post was in RCG was in the form of a regular "Keyboard Cowboy". The reality is, the guys that worked on certification (you were offered to participate), are just hobbiests like yourself, with no relation or renumeration from Frsky. So when a post like yours comes up, it belittles the efforts of the people that actually worked to benefit the others in Canada.

Duly noted. So sorry you thought the particulars were above our little brains. A simple description of what the frequencies are related to could easily clarify for the masses.

I also see "Spread Spektrum/Digital Device"...but I have no intimate knowledge of the process or that certificate, just relying on my ability to read.

I guess anyone that is concerned can see what devices are certified on the ISED website?

I believe the post also states that additional certifications are still in process. I suppose the TX modules are all that matter on the transmitter side, the rest of the hardware/software is just the interface that connects us to the module...kind of like Android on the ix12.

It's nice to know it's in the works anyway. As I previously alluded to, I wasn't losing sleep, but at least if confronted about it I will be able to answer now.

Read it carefully. I originally didn't post it here because most people do not understand the complexity of the process and the verbiage of the certification.

So that certificate posted is just for BT devices eh? Actual radios are yet to come? X9D not mentioned yet? Can they just cert the Tx module?
