Re: TBRUM'S Inverted Landing AT KWFD Scale Rally Well, that plane has been seriously tortured. Besides the recent landing, I've beat on that airframe extremely hard and it just laughs it off. The power on the front is borderline absurd and it handles it well. One of my favorite 35% planes so far. If (when) I crash it, I'll likely get the same one as a replacement. My only beef with it is the landing gear,, they are like stilts and really thin, so very easy to delaminates the CF. The trick is to land inverted, LOL

Re: TBRUM'S Inverted Landing AT KWFD Scale Rally Trevor I don't know how you do it but you take an exceptionally gorgeous plane, land it wheels up at flying speed and turn around with a big grin and a chuckle. Most of us would have been in tears. Then use up a roll of paper towels and half a bottle of windex and the plane doesn't even have a scratch anywhere except the nice carbon prop. I am assuming you didn't lighten this one too much. Amazing sport! |
