You wouldn't be the first time you had to land a slippery, heavy airframe going down the hill! LOL

Oh, did I mention the 60 (this year, more last year) times I've mowed the runways so I can fly by myself?

It all for sale, just bring your cheque book!

Flyin' at my place may not be for the "faint of heart". Theres the odd obstruction. Starts with the primary runway on a hill, a couple shelterbelts, a yard, 2 lanes, a highway (complete with its own 3 phase power line), a row of equipment, my own personal telephone pedestal, and a 200' Radio tower.

Yeah failsafes, they'd just prolong the inevitable! BUT their in there now!

Brent I am sadly the one to tell you that failsafe will only happen to be of benefit if your straight and level with no tree in front of you, but it is all we have to hope for.
lol

glad to see your plane is ok!!

Any direction other than straight down, or up in the case of flyin' inverted.

LMAO How did you know I flew without settin' the fail-safes??? It sure felt good not to have to fly inverted every time I wanted to give the throttle a shot!

All-in-all I guess this was a good thing to happen. No planes were wrecked during this episode........

I have no idea of how or why 2 servos would act up like they did. The latest flight with a different servo was a pure joy! Not to mention, probably the quickest. I used the last 18" prop I had and went from a 8 to a 10 pitch.

Ahhhhhhh! Glad that headache is over with.
