Mike. Not sure if you were asking me or Brad, but both of us are only using one pipe mount on each of the ES pipes and never had an issue.

Brad, are you only using one pipe mount on your ES pipes?
From my understanding we are suppose to use two?

Thanks! But can't see much. Like Andy said, all this jet flying must have me scared to come down and hover, LOL.

It's a very impressive plane and the GP123 is ballistic on it. Just silly power and a handful to prevent prop-rip. Will try a bigger prop soon.

Thanks for the video Brad

Got in 3 flights today. Putting the servo in the tail helped a ton for CG, but still had to add 1oz of weight in the stab. I'll reposition the batteries soon and get rid of that useless weight

It's flying great now!! Time to get lower with it .... Sorry for flying soo far away Crazy windy out also

Oops..sorry!! I was in such a rush to finish it for today's flying that I forgot to post pics . Basically all I did was put a 1/8" thick CF plate on either side of the gear and clamped it with hysol (basically sandwiched the gear leg at the mounting points and then used big washers on top.

Each gear leg is held on with (2) 6mm bolts. IMHO Comparf should have gone with 4 smaller bolts at the 4 corners of each leg to better resist the twist forces of that leg on the mount. Unfortunately I couldn't get in there to do the 4 bolt mod so went he CF sandwich route.

The gear is repaired and reinforced and will be stronger than ever Rudder servo has been moved to the tail on push-pull direct Ti Linkage Pictures coming tonight.

Here's a picture of the weight of it without fuel at the feild yesterday The Piped GP123 manhandled my 35% Pilot Yak55M at 31.5lbs like a giant foamy. The 3lbs less weight of the Compy Suhkoi is a noticeable difference - pretty insane power:weight ratio.

However, the Pilot Yak55M was more of a floater with the thick wings (cubic wing loading) whereas this plane is very snappy and agile. I like both qualities.

Hoping to get out with it tomorrow again

Oh... and the distinctive CompARF aileron squeal is really fun
