Re: 16-17 June E.D.F. event in Ottawa Thanks everyone. No question they're fast which makes it a challenge plus finding the right settings to use on a new camera caused some problems. I think I hit the best metering mode to use on Sunday but I'm still testing all 4 modes. Luckily the IMAC event this weekend isn't quite as demanding to shoot. They're big enough to fill the frame until they get off in the distance where they perform their routine. Thanks to all the pilots for a great show with some excellent flying. I'm pretty sure that planes that fast require full concentration for the entire flight. Well done, it was fun to watch. |

Re: 16-17 June E.D.F. event in Ottawa Yes Larry and Ken are both very talented. I noticed something on my Typhoon( I flew the beast Sunday) only was visible on a series of fast shots from Larry. My front struts is to soft and collapse just before take off! I have to fix that ASAP |

Will be busy in the workshop getting ready the the Kingston event at the end of the month, hope to see some of you guys there. Will keep in touch JC and Ken, thanks again for the great time. |

Chaos foamie flying is something we do at our club when enough EDf guys are on site, always fun. JC is an artist! The t-shirts he created are cool!
