Re: So I finally learned to fly, Did my training at Guelph on 150's in the early 2000's. I remember my first solo in C-GLJW. Couldnt get the grin off my face for weeks! Congratulations! Keep at it. |

Re: So I finally learned to fly, I learned to fly in those same 152's out of Kitchener in 1999. My first solo was in C-GTGH. Just brought home a 1969 Cherokee 180 from Nova Scotia. Might cut into my model flying a bit. |

Re: So I finally learned to fly, You are going to have to memorize those check lists as well as those emergency procedures. For example if you have an engine out. I did that in 1955. I still long for that relaxing local put around. Flying requires your full attention at all times. Good luck and enjoy. |
