Well, we talked it over... I'm coming to Whingham . Actually we are going to drive to Toronto, and I will leave Lesley and Joseph at Les' mother's house. Scott Bailey and i will drive from Markham together.

I knew things would work out. Now i need to dust everything off and get some flights in, in the next week and a half.

Look forward to it!

Was looking iffy for me Angus, but things are looking better. Will make the decision soon... My wonderful wife wants me to go even though its a 9 hour drive, and she would be alone with the baby (who is currently not sleeping well) for 4 days.

There is a good chance i will make it. I am bummed Jim and Anne cant make it though, and Paul, Ted, etc have other commitments... Oh well maybe ill have an even better chance at the poker run for win #3???

I made it to Leamington last year where I flew my big Orange and Black ShockJet and had a blast. I had my Boomer Sprint but had issues with first steering then engine so I didn't have a chance there to maiden it.
This year I have a new Jet I'm finishing off and hope to maiden it at one of these events. Got the plane from Peter A and looking forward to flying it as I have seen only video of these flying and none in person!
Anyhow, any problems with arriving there on the afternoon of the Thursday or would it be perferred Friday late morning/Early Afternoon?

George

P.S. I think your math is off a little... $20 CDN is closer to $50US

No problem showing up Thursday afternoon, I will probably be there.

I will hold as many jugs of kero as you want at $50us

Actually you will love Chatam too so you need to do both

I hear you Angus, but what can I do. The scheduling kinda sucks this year.

As they say, there's always next year!
