Re: 100cc old aeroworks edge re do after many frustrations, I won't get into, its ready for its re maiden tomorrow!!!! If you feel like reading these are some of the problems i had: - tested the 3w 100 before starting the rebuild tho make sure i could put the tuned pipes and everything in while the covering was off. Engine ran great so off i went stripping the plane, scott recovered it for me and did a very nice job THANK YOU!!!. I got it back and all together now the motor won't run, narrowed it down to ignition but i was frustrated so i pulled the motor off and put my eme 120 on. This motor only had about 20 flights on it but i had a really good prop strike and bent the crank. I tore the motor apart but was chicken to put it back together so grandpa grump (dale hunter) did it for me THANK YOU!!!. I pulled the tuned pipes out cause i didn't have headers for them and just running in vowel mufflers for now. After mounting the eme it wouldn't start either, Dale came over and we found the moon key for the hub broke and thats what put the timing way out. SO after all the delays (was hoping to have this ready for the spring show and shine 4 months ago) Its finally ready for a maiden tomorrow |

Re: 100cc old aeroworks edge re do Covered and ready for the final touches. Should have a couple pics by Wednesday fully put together with decals. If the weather holds it will be getting its first rebuild flight in bawlf on Thursday |
