Re: The perfect RC wife

I guess I am one of the lucky ones who a wife that understands our hobby. She does not question any "cost " or complain how much time I spend on them. She would ask sometimes "why" I have not flown during the season with my buddies.
Overall, no complaint or discussion just simple understanding that we all need that "spare time" to ourselves, as long as we do not forget them along the way. I could not ask for anything more.

My wife may not be the perfect RC wife, but she lets me buy what I want. It takes a lot of control to not blow the bank on the credit card.

Re: The perfect RC wife

I showed my wife the video and she laughed. She told me she would never do that, that's odd because since then, she's made snacks for me while I've been working on my planes and even goes for the occasional drive to pick up RC parts with me. lol And NO you CAN'T have her lol

Re: The perfect RC wife

The problem with my wife is when she runs around outside with her arms spread out, she keeps confusing left from right. I can never tell if its me that gave the wrong stick command or if she's confused again.

Wonder how many brave souls took the wife/girl friend aside and actually showed her the video. If you did what was the reaction? When I first saw this a few years ago I showed mine. Two min in all she said was "Don't hold your breath."

That's funny! Can you imagine if you saw your neighbour's wife running around in the rain in the backyard! HA!

Max,

I thought your wife was like Vera, Norm's wife from "Cheers"?

Max;
What a great video!

A couple of questions if you don't mind...

Is that you eating the corn chips?
Is that your darling wife featured in the video?

Who came up with the great idea to make this training film for RC Brides??
