"Why Does My Electric @@@@@@ do This??" or "Why are my KV's Overheating" Just ask some of the questions that crop up in my "mind" and see who answers what. Might be helpful to clunks like me, and I'm sure there are others out there.. WHERE ARE MY EMOTICON'S!!!!!!!! I NEED EMOTICONS !!!!! |

Re: Twisted mini pitts After I sent the pictures to Etienne this morning, he very kindly agreed to replace the motor...I' trying for an HD3010-2100kv Indoor/Profile/F3P Outrunner Motor and plush 12 amp esc - Etienne sells these, and they net out to less than the Dualsky setup so i hope he agrees to this.. |

Re: Twisted mini pitts Turns out there is a built in permanent c clip on the back of that shaft Sandy. Just reassemble the motor and use the set screws/oring mounts to hold the can in place. Loctite might be a good idea. I've seen that kind of thing the odd time. Then go fly the sucker.

Re: Twisted mini pitts motor seemed to run and there was no over heating, but the gym is terribly small for my old eyes and I didn't get much chance to really FLY, which is kinda what I'd like to do instead of this finish work on the construction/assembly end LOL |
