Thanks for all the advice guys! Special thanks to Ken, we have a Lee Valley in Halifax, so will give them a shout, I used to use the Hot Stuff CA a lot in Germany.

You can get BOB SMITH CA from hobby king, Al viscosities and kicker as well

My understanding of the issue is that the hobby shops can't get the good stuff (ie, zap and the great planes stuff) across the border because they don't have French labeling, or safety caps..............

I haven't been able to get the good stuff for over a year now so have had to settle on the mercury adesive and kicker on everything.

Having posted that KMS idea, I checked, and they are only in Western Canada,
at last we have something that Toronto doesn't.
Maybe the centre of the universe is shifting.

I've been buying my CA from our local KMS Store, they carry thin, thick, and a rubberised black rubberised version that I'm not sure of the use for, iy's as good as any i've used and better than some

That's a heavy price.

Have you tried LeeValley? Hot Stuff CA. A lot cheaper, and you can order online.

The local hobby shop in Halifax sells 1 oz Bob Smith thin CA for $8.99, and 2 oz for 16.99, or from Lunenberg,they have Pm Hanson, identical to Canadian Hobbycraft, for slightly less.
