Come out to sids. They have their next race coming up on the 14th I believe. Lots of fun and all different skill levels

I ran 1/10 E short course at Hotrod a few times last year, I also did not like it. There are a few guys that go there every night of the week (and some during the day on lunch break I assume?? lol) and basically just run show on everyone else. I also didnt like the amount of wear on the car due to the high traction of the carpet. There is something wrong with running an offroad vehicle on a carpet track...I ended up carving out a small track in my parents backyard to avoid going back there

You cant run 1/8 at sids.
There is also no drivers stand. Sadly the track is on its last leg and is being held together by a handful of people. There are some pictures from sids here.
There is a Sids Facebook page here

Vineland is pretty decent. No complaints there. Ive been twice, but both times ended up raining out.

Otterville seems ok though I have never been. You can run 1/8 there I believe.

I think hotrods is junk. Most of us who have been havent returned. They have some dedicated racers that go and they are an alternative over VRC during winter, I guess.

http://www.sidsraceway.com/home.php was told about this track. Their is a track in vineland races short course most Wednesday and short course and 1/8 electric buggy every other Saterday. http://www.hotrodhobbies.ca/ has indoor carpet track. Thats all I can find since i move back to St. Catharines.

Otterville Raceway, south of Woodstock. Huge outdoor track and always a big turnout on the weekend. Usually very informal, guys just rippin' around for fun

Check RC Acres. They have a 1/8 indoor offroad track. I recall reading somewhere that they will be building a 1/8 outdoor track.

There is no 1/8 onroad racing in Ontario. There used to be but nowadays you'll be lucky to have a random meet and have a few 1/8 cars.

There is a thread on the onroad section about possibly having some weeknight/weekend meet for some onroad action. Post there if you are interested.
