Just be honest and never ever expect to come out way on top of the deal. I have traded things that were worth much more than what I was wanting from the other party.
It gives you a special feeling knowing how happy the other member will be.

A man's reputation is everything IMHO! and trades can be alot of fun.

It's a tough one no matter what the distance and more so when one or the other has no feedback ratings in any area of trading and selling.
I assume this is the case?
If it's a TRADE then even more so.
Ask a lot of questions and go with your gut feeling.

Do your research, only do trades with someone that has good reputation and feedback.

Hire a lawyer to hold the money in trust until the deal is concluded acording to the contract.

Do your research on the seller.

There is no such thing as a guarantee with private sales / trades.

Buyer beware.........

Safe way to 'trade' RC's across country?

Hey Members,

Just trying to wrap my head around a way to make trades "safe" when it involves two people on either side of the country. I'm hoping that you fine folks have a solution that protects both parties involved and is fair and honorable. The only solution I've thought of is each party depositing an agreed amount into each others PayPal accounts essentially giving each party PayPal's Buyer Protection. Anybody got a better idea? I'd love to hear them.
