Weather permitting? Are they forecasting a blizzard?

Russ, it's great to see your club coming back to life. A lot of us are really looking forward to sharing a great weekend. Are any of the fella's coming down from Lougheed/Killam?
Mervin, and you are spending a lot of time at the field working, and flying. I can just picture your touch and run, and Mervin cheering you on with that big country grin.Suspenders and all.

Starting today I will be loading the van for the trip. I will be heading out right after lunch Friday weather permitting.

Dale - we've also extended the runway to it's former self. So it's a full 400', wanna hear the funny part - I used ALL of it tonight doin' a 1 wheeled Cub wing tip drag nearly the whole way with my Cowboy. Merv cheered me on too

Hope to see the gasser, the more the merrier! And yeah no trees to hit, just a 3' high fence

Gas is good.
Brodie, TELL Dan he is going. Bring your reactor with you guys. We will get it airborne. Call me about trying it locally this week if we can we should. Coronation is a nice big field, with no trees to freak you out as you get your first few landings in. Or shall we call them pitstops. Once you start burning gas, you won't want to stop.
Never mind about the north fence, only the locals, and John knows exactly where it is. Most tag the barbed wire, John (Pipercub 17) tackles the posts!

Re: bought my first gasser

Congratulations for stepping up the ladder into gassers, ur new reaction is beautiful model and i'm sure will fly awesome also. Well i also stepped into gassers myself by getting myself a nice Nosen P-51B Mustang with Sach 4.2 in the nose. For long time wanted to get into gassers but one thing lead to another n couldn't, now i am officially into big gasser planes also.....
