I will make the trip soon as I am heading down to trade school in 2 weeks. Ill bring my heli and electric plane down and if the weather is nice Ill try to get ahold of some one and come out for a flight or 2. Ill have to go around to Skycraft hobbies and see the selection. thanks

Re: Thank you, Stoney Creek Hawks!

Gary,

Sorry to hear you had to move to a closer field. Was it realy 45min from your house to the field? It only takes me 70min from Mississauga.

Oh well at least you are out flying. You will be missed at the Flying Tigers.

So it's Combat now, no more IMAC? Well at least it's NOT Patern!

Re: Thank you, Stoney Creek Hawks!

Hey Rob. To answer your questions: We do not fly indoors, the nearest hobby shop is Skycraft Hobbies in Burlington (great selection, great guys) and just Google Stoney Creek Hawks for our website for directions to the field. You are also allowed to fly up to three times per year at no cost when accompanied by a member. So please come out, we'd love to meet you. Cheers, John

Hey Gary good to hear you found a home colser to home . Im going to be comming down to Mohawk for 8 weeks again this year. This is my last term of Trade school and would love to do some flying there if possible. Just wondering a few things. 1 Do Stoney Creek Hawks fly indoors ? 2 Where is the feild. 3 is it possible that i would be able to come out and fly with you guys. 4 where is the closest hobby shop that carries Plane helis stuff. Re: Thank you, Stoney Creek Hawks!

Thanks guys! I am very happy to be aboard for all the reasons already mentioned and then some!

In just this short time, I have been out to a flying field and flown more than I have in the previous 2 years all together. And I plan on being an active club member for as long as these old legs will carry me.

Who knows, I may even get to remembering all the John's last names..

And I am looking forward to kicking....I mean, getting my butt kicked flying some combat with these awesome guys! See at the field....soon!
