Phil, Thank you for pointing that out. Yes Thank you Chris for the video work. It was actually getting quite cold in the wind and you stuck it out.

Thanks for all the good comments..
But i have no merits for the taking the video, Chris, one of our member / Alan's nephew did all the filming and did a really good job!

I''m much better at taking picture...

Thanks Chris!!

Brent what do you think of the BLS servos?
I think they are a great servo and quick. They are nice and quiet when not under load and from my 43% they have no gear slop development like the JR's do. That is important to me as I have 1.5" servo arms and gear play can give you slight gear flutter.

Coupling is about 2.5% up elevator and 2% opposite aileron. I know this as this was my start point from my 43% extra I put in the radio before flight. I will tweak these next flight out.

The motor ran flawless, too bad my fingers were a little cold as you can see my cross control at times as I could not feel the push on rudder.

I could not tell the ailerons were smaller as the plane is very responsive. locked in and fast roll rate.

Phil thank you for the pictures, and thank you to the CRAMS club in Calgary for plowing a field to fly at in February. Its a super club to belong to.
Congrats on the successful maiden Brent sounds very close to my settings and my trimming experience. You'll love this plane!

Re: 124" Carden PRO - Carbon Fiber Edition - BBT

The video camera really picked up and amplified the motor sound. In real life it was unbelievable how quiet the plane was on the ground and in the air!! Brent was letting it rip for the whole 'maiden' flight (wish I had the b___s to wring out a plane like that on a maiden!) so with a little throttle management (which he normally does very well) this thing will be scoring 10's on sound.
