There are several different types I believe the easiest being the 4 gyro setup. The MultiWii controller setup takes a bit more work, and some soldering skills, but is the most affordable and the software is being improved on all the time adding more features such as auto leveling ,Camera stabilization, auto Cam trigger all of which are working at the present time, with altitude hold and GPS in the works. The copters are very inexpensive and easily fixed when things go wrong. I have had some hard crashes learning to fly this and about the only things I have replaced is some props and a couple pieces of plywood.
Here is a video I did yesterday of my T_Copter with the auto leveling enabled showing how stable it is the video is rather boring to watch as the view isn't much to look at at this time of year and when the on board video was done it was pretty overcast. But does show how stable it is in auto leveling mode it actually takes a lot of stick movement to get to react.

Thanks Jerry still needs some tunning yet, can't get comfortable with the auto leveling turned on. Seems like it needs near full stick deflection to bank or pitch it so still got some work cut out maybe need to lower the auto level pid settings the video flight was with auto level off

how do you embed youtube video ? will this work with vimeo ?

thanks
Thanks ggtronic I too hope to fly mine in FPV once I get good enough flying it and get it changed over to the Wiicopter control system. If i can help you with any info just give me a shout more than happy to do what I can to help out. Here is a link to tell how to embed youtube video I am not sure but I don't see a way to embed vimeo video right now. I don't think RCCanada supports the embeding of vimeo videos at this time https://www.rccanada.ca/rccforum/faq....l&titlesonly=0

Re: T-Copter my newest toy

Tonight I decided to try another night flight with my T-Copter and take some pics of it it was a bit colder and bit more wind that I thought so only made one flight below are the pics as a result of that flight. Each Pic is 15 sec of the flight
