Re: Southern Ontario Judging School

Thanks very much Don - it was a team effort and it is much easier to take these things on with help from yourself and Rick. And John took a big piece off my shoulders by organizing the venue and lunch etc.

It was great to have an early season "family reunion" and also great to have some new faces. Thanks to everyone who came out. Too bad the weather did not cooperate but today is no better with frozen pellets coming down at the moment.

Hope to see everyone at a contest very soon.

It was good to see everyone early in the season.
Not just a seminar, but a springtime get together.
A very big thanks to Bill Teeter for all the work to get the seminar organized. There is a ton of work to do in order to set one of these up and most folks don't realize how much. We are very thankful that we have guys like him to spearhead these efforts.
Thanks also to John Cowles for securing the KW Rod and Gun facility. The perfect venue!
Congrats to Adam Picard for stepping in as the new SA Chair.
See you all at the field very soon.

Don

Thankfully Dennis - we did not need the blower, but it was a very wet morning and a very windy blustery afternoon so no flying today.

Re: Southern Ontario Judging School

Yes, as John has described I am afraid the practical portion is not looking like it will proceed unless things get dramatically better. However we will still go ahead with the classroom session and maybe add a few topics if we get stuck inside. But bring a chair and warm clothing just in case.

Looking forward to a great reunion tomorrow.

Re: Southern Ontario Judging School

Thanks Adam. As of now we have decided to structure the day around pilots with some experience because that is who has signed up so far. But if any new folks are planning to attend we want to make sure they have the necessary info so they get value from the day.
