Re: Todays project before and after pics 22 km winds with a co-axial takes some good flying those things don't like wind. When I had my house fly I tried that, got it above the trees then the wind had all the control. All I could do was drop the throttle and hope for the best. As it was all I did was ding a couple of main blades no major damage and it landed on it's feet, I never took it that high again. |

Re: Todays project before and after pics i have something special in mind for the M1 anyhow took the S031 out to the park yesterday, for some flying the wind was WSW at about 22 KPH was not so good but at least i did not crash it to the gorund .hit a snow bank once was ok , but i think a bit to windy so flew at home was much better the wind is not so bad at home lots of trees to keep the wind speed down, once the snow is all gone ill be taking the M1 to the back yard as it can handel the winds alot better then the S031 can.. |
