Nice flying Izaak, your tail is kicking side to side, have you tried turning your gain down a bit? The gyro may be picking up vibs so also check your gyro tape, you may want to try a thicker piece if you can't get rid of that side to side action. Once you get rid of that your heli will start to feel way more comfortable because as you apply anything its going to hold there for you. If you can't get it ask for help, keep up the good work there.

Re: Winter Flying (Who's Flying In Cold)

Was out flying today in val caron ontario on whitson lake! Me and Mike and Tyler decided to go out and get some real time heli practice!

What a great day of flying! Plus 2 and sunny and flying on a frozen lake sure kicks butt!

No crashes and some amazing flying by all 3 of us! I was telling Mikes son Tyler how i

have been practicing piro tic tocs on the realflight 6.5 and felt i was starting to get very good at

them. After my first flight of the day and after getting most of the beginning of the

season shakes out of me i decided i would try to do alot more advanced maneuvers.

My second flight started with some flips and rolls and some tic tocs in different

orientations. I then tried workin on some half piro flips and some full piro flips and

they where sucessful as well. Tyler somehow has this magical power over me and always

trys to get me to pull off super hard 3D maneuvers. Half way through my flight i hear Tyler

say come on Keith try a piro tic toc. Not sure but earlier today i thought about trying

them for the first time in real life and decided against it. But for some reason i just

knew i could sucessfully pull them off! After hearing Tyler say piro tic toc my instant

responce was OK and even know they where not perfect i did however sucessfully pull

them off! What an amazing feeling and proof that all my realflight 6.5 practice is

definately paying off!!! Even though all 3 of us have very different flying styles i will

admit watching the 3 of us out there today and you could definately see we are well on our

way to taking are flying skills to the next level! This summer is gonna be awesome!

Cheers Keith
