Wow !! Three Months wait and they sent you what, a transmitter lanyard for not having an ESC for that period of time.... I would have rather filled out a form, they sent me a new ESC ( could use my credit card as secuirty ) and then I mail them back the suspect one...that to me would be acceptable..but make someone wait three months..what if that was the only ESC you had ?? Then what?? Wow..I think the 'customer' has gone out of 'customer service'. I mean don't get me wrong, its great that they are standing behind thier product ( after all they need to eat too ) , but 3 months !!

Sent it in on recall just in case and received basically a new updated esc back ( Including the new updated casing ). Well worth the 20 dollars it cost me to send it in.

How long did it take to get to you after you received your email notification that it was received by their repair dept ?

Well guys I drove 400 km's to the local shop in Winnipeg and bought a brand new saito .40 4 stroke and a spektrum nano receiver and servo set for my new l-4 e-flight cub, guess what I ran up the saito and on the third tank a crank bearing went seizing up the engine, after an hour on the phone with horizon they won't warranty it because I can't find my receipt sooo...I drive back to the city another 400 km's and the nice owner at Elim.....or says no receipt no remember me buying it there (*&&*^&* you lady, I run to the other shop and Kerry takes my new engine and say's he'll take care of that ah cool..not so when I return the spektrum elevator and rudder servo's both quite working I test yup both dead NOW will the nice lady give me a receipt for these ? you guessed it nope no copy of your receipt no warranty, I had spent $1100.00 that day in her shop and never ever again, and as far as spektrum never ever again , recalls???? all junk. Glad you got the proper warranty, I just sent Horizon a nasty on there spektrum crap, we'll see if I get any thing VERY VERY doughtful.

I have to say this is the first time UPS has shown up with an international shipment and not had their hand out.

Thats great! So maybe as mentioned earlier it was a mistake ( lucky me ) !
I have emailed them yesterday, but with the US Thanksgiving Holiday...will have to wait for reply...
