Santa brought me a CF spinner, Pitts muffler, ignition cut off and new plugs for my Ultimate. No excuse to not finish it now.

The runway looks great brodie....tempted to grab a 150cc to fly but I will stick to 100cc or 50cc tomorrow.

Merry Christmas to al RCC'ers!
Under the tree this morning, I found a Saito FG-36. Should be the perfect engine for my Clark Industries DH-82C Tiger Moth. Now all I have to do is turn the Tiger Moth from a box of wood and parts, into some semblance of a flying machine.

Merry Xmas to RCC and all the good people who use it! Santa brought me a Citrabia to build, and it fits my Saito motor, (more good fortune). So at my age it is nice to build along with shoveling snow. Now that xmas is over it will take about 3 months to shrink my stomach to cut down the heart attack plague, it happens every year. The Best To All!

Yeah. I have tried there headsets before and could never justify the price. My wife reminded me that we can afford nice things.

I did a few longer flights this year and something that doesn't clamp my head seems like a great idea.

I'll keep my PNR headset for the ultralight as it fits my helmet perfectly.

I'm not a huge fan of Bose either, HOWEVER, my bose headphones i bought 7 years ago I LOVE, they were the only ones i could find that had less push on my ears, every head phone i found put alot of pressure on my ears and i hated that. I still have mine in their baggie too!

Not bad for 3004 either

My wife got me some new wing bags for my Carf EXTRA 330SC. And then she made some fabric tubes to hold the Stab Tube and the Wing Tube so I won't scratch the finish when I store them inside the wing bags.

I'm not a fan of the CARF wing bags, they rip easily when the control horns catch on the inside foam and the velcor rips the bag apart after a few uses.

I found the AEROWORKS bags work better! And they are back in stock at Great Hobbies.
