My understanding re 12v. vs. 24v. power supplies is similar but not quite the same as Jason's; once you are charging battery packs with significantly higher voltage than the input voltage into the charger you lose efficiency and some power but your 12 v. power supply will still charge  6 cell lipos, just take perhaps longer, perhaps a quarter longer (just guessing).... someone on the rcgroups forum thread that were discussing your hyperion charger said that on a 24v ps the charger will put out 550 watts and with a 12 ps 408 watts.
So you gain something with a 24v. ps but it may not be of practical significance.

On this website, I've seen a lot more individually made 12v. computer server based power supplies offered for sale and relatively cheaply (eg $50 plus shipping) but very few 24v. units.

If it was between buying the $89 U.S. 12v. ps. vs. buying the one from Jeff Robinson, I would go with his because I would guess that the shipping costs would be very close and for $11 U.S. why not go with the 24v/47amp unit.  But if I could get a 12v but reasonably high amp power supply for $50 from someone locally, that would be fine too.

that power supply would be useless for the hyperion charger the op has. His charger can do 1000 watts, and the power supply you've shown can only do 144 watts (12v x 12a)

I have power supplies for these all converted and ready to go....check out the electronics classifieds

they are converted server power supplies and are very reliable.

op already said he doesn't want to mod his psu, but buy them done

As far as I recall the tjyintechguy website pages have little or nothing to do with modifying or recycling servers into power supplies.... there are good sections, in my opinion, on discussing how to gauge what you need in the way of off the shelf power supplies and chargers.
