Re: Max h 60 problems It's mounted at 90 degrees, to fit the cowling. He's ordering some Sig champion all castor 25% castor oil fuel. Maybe that will do the trick |

Re: Max h 60 problems Thanks guys for the tips. The engine is on a Goldberg Piper Cub my son has. He shortened the clunk line and opened the high speed needle to 3 turns. It ran good for about 3 minutes then died. I not sure what fuel he is using. His other engines run fine with it. Was reading that this engine runs better with 25% castor oil or more. Maybe the engine is heating up. He hasn't had time to pick any of this up yet. We'll see when he gets some. |

Re: Max h 60 problems The clunk is to close to the back wall of the fuel tank. Shorten clunk line by 1/4" |

Re: Max h 60 problems If that does not work check there is nothing partially plugging the fuel inlet fitting, HS needle or distribution tube. Since your post seems to suggest this problem occurs with more than one motor you may look for something external. A partially blocked pickup fitting or clunk, a leak in the feed line or lack of exhaust pressure can account for what you indicate. Need more info. |

Max h 60 problems Got a max H .60 blackheads. It immediately dies while giving full throttle. Idles good. Any ideas? |
