Re: New Phoenix RC SIM!!! :) i got the realflight g6 and like it very much,i pretty much had most sims available and prefer my g6,oh ya i,m a plank flyer ,not a heli fan,wish i was.

Re: New Phoenix RC SIM!!! :) Ok so I have formulated my opinion and choice for my first Rc sim. Phoenix RC satisfies the requirements, has cool little features like the custom flying site, and most importantly has free updates! Seems like a better value... |

Re: New Phoenix RC SIM!!! :) Ok i recently cracked and bought real flight 6!! My thoughts are, might be selling this dam phoenix rc now!! LOL realflight has definately taken over as my sim of choice! Yes ive joined the realflight 6 fanboys and ill be here untill simulation X2 is out! |

Re: New Phoenix RC SIM!!! :) I have both, Phoenix and Real Flight G6, I like both, just G6 is still cartoony as far as scenery goes, but tons of planes and got better in Helis. I just resent paying for every little upgrade, greedy! Phoenix scenery is much nicer, realistic helis, at least the way I fly, but I find the planes are a bit slow even at max setting, you seem to have to tweak the newest planes out, lately, to fly like the real ones, especially gliders CG is way out, but that is ok , just the speed is just not there for me, even the jet flies a bit sluggish, it is the slowest 130mph+ I have ever experienced compare to real thing, at 125% setting, it is better, I guess I miss the crispness of the real thing. |

Re: New Phoenix RC SIM!!! :) Dave, you need to download phoenix creator. It is in the download section on their site, its still beta for the last 8 months or so no real documentation but still neat to play with. I did manage to import two of my own pictures into one of their scenes and tweak the boundaries. I never got around to taking a complete panorama of my place to work with-one of these days lol.
