Re: Carden9 89" Extra 300 - ABJ Well I wasn't happy with the colour scheme on the bottom the plane soI'm in the middle of modifying it. Stripped off the white star on the bottom of the wings and stab as well as ALL the Hanger 9 decals except for the "Carden Aircraft Edition" ones on the top of the wings and the rudder. Ordered some graphics from B&E Graphics. I had him make up som special "CARDEN9 EXTRA 300" graphics for the side of the fuse and some "POWERED BY 3W-55CS" and the Canada Maple Leaf ones. Will be putting some solid white stripes on the bottom of the wings and stabs. |

Re: Carden9 89" Extra 300 - ABJ Well you're definitely improving Jim. Wasn't that long ago they only continued a flight or two!!    20lbs. Not bad, mine will be done as soon as my servos get here. I'll weigh it with 3W-56 on muffs. Hope I'm no heavier than yours. |

Flew the new 2014 Sportsman routine with it yesterday and while the plane has no problems flying the manouvers the pilot deffinitely needs more practice!  Might just have to p/u another one as a spare as Hanger 9 has a habit of only keeping ARFs like this for about a year or two before they discontinue them.
