Associated RC10T4 slow and more in reverse

Hi,

I have a stock Team Associated RC10T4 with stock ESC, Receiver and a Trinity Cameleon 19T motor.

In forward, everything seems fine and perfect but when I go backward, it's slow and beyond 10feet, it seems like there is no more communication with my transmitter.

Is there a way to calibrate the ESC or it sounds more like a transmitter problem?
