That is a nice looking plane. Getting parts for it is only a problem if you crash it.


"If you crash it" is dependent on your skill level. If you are new to RC and dont have a lot of experience, I dont recommend it for you, simply because of the difficulty in getting spare parts in the event of a crash. If you are a skilled flier and can fly with confidence, then I see no reason why you should not get it.

They do not carry them since their vendors (Horizon Hobby, etc) do not carry them.

Best to Google reviews on it, Banana Hobby seems to go up and down in quality.

Your LHS is correct in telling you parts will be hard to get. The electronics are up and down too, but for sure you are not getting top quality. Most likely adequate though.

Nice trainer, can upgrade to floats, very forgivable.
