bought this early 80's big mistake NO NITRO experience and took a year to get it running... then it had bushings that wore out and should have bought electric.

latest is losi SCTE and love it despite the teething problems that it had to start.

imported_marcus My first 'real' RC was a Tamiya Holiday Buggy, and I mean the original, not the remake A friend of mine had it and as soon as I saw it I had to have it.
I went into 1/12th carpet racing next using a used setup I bought.

My first Brand New R/C car was a HotShot v1... LOL What a car, I didn't have to be fast, I just had to drive the line at my local indoor carpet club, nobody could move that heavy lump out of the way hahaha

Mugenman First I ever raced was a guy I worked with Losi jrx2 with the H-arms at Quintrax. Which was about 10 minutes from my house when it was in Canifton. Farther when it was by the Yamaha dealer on the west side of Belleville That was the first time I saw them raced. Then I bought a Team Associated RC10 Graphite which was swapped for a aluminum tub later. First Nitro was a Mugen Super Athlete and then a Team Associated RC10GT w/ OS CZZ. I still have a CZZ with a new crank/P/S somewhere. Don't have the carb adaptor any more. Lunsford might still make them or have them.

TracktionRC My first real RC car was a Kyosho MP9e and now an Ultima RB5 SP2 WC has been added to my stable. Can't wait to get my MP9 TKI2 and Lazer.

All the rest leading up to these have been erased from my memory.

JConcepts makes the 1979 F-100 Ranger body that looks a lot like that.
