Re: first build Very Nice, you'll love it. My buddy and I split on one a few years ago, and it's a blast to fly. We made a few changes to the basic setup. We moved a small HXT900 into the rear of the plane to control the throttle. To offset that weight, we added a 2nd aileron servo. The plane doesn't have alot of elevator authority, so we mixed Flap to Elevator, and put that on a switch so that we can disable it. We can now do a loop with about 10' diameter, and that is not kidding... if you set that up, be sure to turn it off for takeoff and landing. Not sure if you have ever seen one fly, but axial rolls are ridiculously fast!!! Have fun with it. |
