Imagine the possibilities with a piped 60 single at 1+ pound lighter The pull-out is pretty mediocre.

If you are going to build a 70cc plane why not just buy a 100cc plane. Cost wise it would come pretty close I would think.

I'm with you Jack. Makes 0 sense for an aerobatic plane. Would be super cool in a scale beauty or cub or decathalon though.

EDIT: my biggest issue with these smaller twins would be taming the noise.

i'm starting to hate loud buzzy birds. no matter the size..... OLD is catching up to me I guess

By going with angled plugs it makes this engine much more attractive than the DA70. I think DA missed the boat with their decision to stay with straight plugs. Sure they get more power that way but at the cost of excessive width on a small engine.
