Re: 90mm Banshee ll build Sorry to see the aftermath picture, my original prototype ended up in the same condition. Mine seemed to just go dead after the bungee launch and except for the motor control nothing else worked, it hit the shrubbery at full speed. But it seems to eventually happen to most of our planes. After a reasonable amount of mourning, if you would like to build another, I have parts that would be classed as seconds that have been fixed up. I could put together a short kit for you at very special price. I'll leave that with you to think about. Hope you will still have a good time at the EDF event. |

Re: 90mm Banshee ll build Thanks, Brian- yes, still flying the Sabre- in an effort to make it yet heavier and less reliable it's getting retracts. I'll pass on the Super Sabre for now, Trev, but ya never know! See you guys at the Ottawa thing. Tom |

Re: 90mm Banshee ll build Well, so much for the Banshee. The right elevon control horn let go during flight #4 yesterday and, as you can see, the model's demolished. Builder error?- you bet. I'm pretty bummed. Tom |

Re: 90mm Banshee ll build Hi John- I do have the wing-tip tanks but chose not to use them, so thanks. See you in Ottawa! Choopi- Thank you for the doppler reading- as it was into a 73 MPH headwind Trevor's efforts pale in comparison Hiya Bobert- hope you had a great cruise!. The Theraband tubing you picked up (and delivered!) (and was recommended by Trevor) works very well- talk to you soon. Tom |

Re: 90mm Banshee ll build Tom: Just got home from the trip last night. Looks like you have been in the shop. I'll copy your foot pedal. Glad the bungee worked out so well. I'll give you a call... Regards Bob |

Re: 90mm Banshee ll build Nice field you have there! At 3:58, I got a pass at 96.4mph assuming temp was 75F. |
