Re: Sig Citabria (Build Log) I think this will be the last of the build post for a while as I plan to wait until I maiden the plane before I add any more scale detail to the interior and the maiden won't likely happen before next spring.  The radio is now all programmed and should only need minor adjustment. Unfortunately one of the wingtip light doesn't work anymore and I don't feel like opening everything to figure out why. Maybe later...for now, I'm moving on to my next project. Alain |

Re: Sig Citabria (Build Log) Got a few more things done, I marked the CG location, re-assembled the struts and installed the servos in the wing. I checked the balance and found that the plane is a bit nose heavy. I will have to move the receiver battery aft of the servos to balance. Just need to install the fuel tubing and it's going to be ready for the maiden, just in time for the first snow storm here in Manitoba probably...  Alain |

Re: Sig Citabria (Build Log) I am still working on it, almost done, getting there....  One of the last thing I wanted to do is a working landing light. I bought a few cheap led flashlight from dollorama and modified them with a receiver controlled switch from HK. Alain |
