Re: Giant Dh2C Beaver RC Model: one cool plane the slipstream beaver with a dle 20 17x6 prop hitec 645's flys way above scale. i don't know whey they have it listed as a 30cc plane should be listed only as a 20cc airframe, if you had a 30 in it you would be hovering on the deck lol. with this set up it will do snap rolls and water falls lol. great plane maidened it yesterday it is a blast, it's now one of my favorite planes in my fleet. touch and goes are a brezze with it, the dle 20 has great pulling power for take offs and touch and goes. |

If I remember correctly, that plane could not be flown during the actual event because if greatly exceed the US weight limit. I believe it is close to 200 pounds. All metal, rivets. What a masterwork! |

Re: cool plane Beautifull scale machine! Great sound! I noticed that the whole flight on the first video was done with the flaps down. Would it be a high wing loading issue? Or just for a more scale speed? |
