Yes I did know about that one but it's actually an invitation only fun fly, and no spectators either. I have a friend of mine who got invited. Not sure how you get invited, but oh well.

And yes the Kelowna fun fly has been cancelled. Looks like there is a heli fun fly in Mission on July 16th though. Going to see if I can get there. Don't know anything about it.

Also, there is a general "All Bird Fun Fly" at the High country Flyers field near Logan lake. I'll now be going there this weekend instead. Flown there a few times. It's always well attended by the fixed wing guys with a few of us rotary guys as well. Would be great to see more heli flyers there. Here is their website for those who might be interested.

It looks like they have a Fun Fly on the Aug. 26 weekend. There is nothing posted for anything on the Aug. 1 long weekend.

This is the website that I seem to remember seeing it. And I'm sure I saw 2011 beside the date. Maybe I did read it wrong. I'm starting to wonder....

As for the Chilliwack one, when I first started this thread, I'm sure it was listed on their website and on MAACs website. But now I can't find it anywhere. I'm starting to wonder if it's actually happening now as well. I heard a rumor saying something about it possibly happening in agassiz but I can't seem to find anything to confirm that. Anyone else know? I really want to get to at least one heli fun fly this year. I can't afford to go to far though.

Re: Noooooo!!!!!!!!

The Kelowna Club had to find another field. The field that they found had issues that were brought up from the Kelowna Airport Authority.
