spectrum hobbies opening in whitby

finally an experienced hobbie shop with a top notch rc mechanic in Durham Region. Will be open for its grand opening mid aug, aug 19th. It is just alittle east of thickson road on hwy#2, dundas street. I was there today and it looks great, I will be helping to bring in stock next week. Go Spectrum :CAN:

how many people will use spectrum hobbies, since it will be so local for all the east people. Will be worth the drive for those living in pickering and scarboro also

i will use it because its close and it has to be better than our local shop we have now (t&t hobbies)i like pickering hobbies sure u have to order but it always friendly service, most small shops have to order anyway.unless u are Advanced Hobbies(the best hobby shop i have been in)and have a small fortune tyed up in parts.
i will say good luck to Spectrum Hobbies and will support them:CAN:

They will not be like Advanced hobbies for the amount of stock right away. You may have to order some parts for your rc, but they will not be beat for PRICE  . I have already talked about ordering some stuff that will not be kept on the shelf when they open, but no problem, they will order whatever you want and at a better price than any of the other hobbie shops in durham region. I can see spectrum hobbies getting a huge number of loyal customers when they open. I know they are great people, helpful and have the most experience out there, I would say nitro-tech is the best rc mechanic out there, you will all see how good spectrum hobbies will be ,when they open Aug 19th. :CAN:

Ahhhh!!! Now I have place to go when my wife is at the Micheal's Arts & Craft store. She has her hobby and I have mine.

But... the store will hopefully be open on Sundays or he'll miss out on my business then I'll be stuck going over to Best Buy and Future Shop.

Best of Luck!!!
