does anyone know what is going on at Thunderbolt RC, I get no replies to emails from them, they are showing sold out on the DLE line of motors, they have always been very good but now nothing.

Funny, placed an order with Jeff this morning. i always call, leave a message and call back #, he has always returned the calls.
One of the best in my opinion for customer service out there.

Thunderbolt R/C is fine - maybe an issue with your email and/or spam filter/virus scanner.

ya these guys were excellent ,nothing but praise,have only used them a few times but ,the service was great and sent out promply,,,nice hobby shop to deal with ,,and knowledgable as well ......have told many of my friends recently and they all had no problem getting thru to these boys,,,,, keep up the awsome work guys, look forward to dealing with you again...........

I also tried sending a e-mail direct from his web site ( 3 or 4 days ago) and got no response.

I'll try the other method as suggested up above.

Jeff's right at the top with the best of them. Orders have always been filled correctly and great shipping out west!!:)

I agree totally that Jeff does a great job, he has been very good to me personally,and I was totally surprised to get no response from him, I see now that bamdfisher has had the same problem, so it looks like it is a fault with the website, if so I feel a little bad about buying my DLE from the states, and I shall continue to use Thunderbolt as often as possible.

I'm in no way suggesting that there is anything untoward here, just wondering why there was no reply, let's not make a huge fuss about it, it seems to have been explained very satisfactorily.
