I bought this for my 126" Wendell Hostetler Beaver that I'm currently building. Unfortunately, I've decided to go with Amphibitous floats and the plane is going to come in around 32lbs with huge drag. I'll need something in the 90-100cc range for power.

This is a sweet motor however... there is about 1hr of use on it (basically brand new) and it runs mint. One of the nicest sounds around. Equivalent power to a DA50 or Zenoak G62 gas engine.

Fuel consumption appears to be really good, likely because it's 4-stroke.

Includes the following ($5000.00 worth of equipment)
* 77cc radial engine
* optional collector ring exhaust
* On board glow system (a very slick unit and easy to set-up!)
* New Thunder power 1S-5000 mah Lipo
* Carbon fiber prop 22x10
* Extra os glow plug

* 4 galons of fuel 5% special for this engine
* Aluminum box for the motor

Honestly not sure yet Ed. But I just don't think this motor will have the snot to pull such a big airframe out of the water. Likely okay on the ground.

If I can find a Moki150, I'll likely go that route.

My loss, someone's massive gain here. Oh well :rolleyes:

LOL!! Funny Peter!!

It's nitro but I was very surprised how good it is on fuel. And the onboard glow system is super slick! As rpm decreases it heats up the plugs more and more. Extremely consistent running!!

My wife couldn't care less about motors because they don't take up space, LOL. She'd love to see an airplane or 3 leave, LOL!

I'm very sad to have to sell this - disappointed I can't use it!!

My understanding is yes. The motor measures 230mm diameter to the outside of the rocker covers. I saw a comment on RCU where a guy had installed the Airpower 52cc 5 cyl radial from Hobby King in one of those Beavers and the Airpower measures 222mm diameter.

Paul... here's another... the 30cc Beaver with the Evolution 77cc radial.

The Evolution 77cc is 230mm diameter and the OS Sirius-7 420 is the same 230mm.
