Naza Control

Ok so I got my Naza controller set up and we did it without to much of a problem Even have X1 and X2 controlling my gain remotely. Not sure if I like The arming feature of motors starting up and then advance throttle and then pull back . First time I did it it almost launched itself off of front Porch. Well you get used to that feature quick so its not to bad. One problem /question I have is should the red light always flash or if not what is not right. Thanks in advance as always:hot:

Page 38 of the Appendix section of the Naza manual has all of the light codes listed, and what they mean. It varies on what mode you're in, and if you have a GPS or not. Red lights flashing is usually bad :)

Yes red light bad well unless in Sweden> It appears it is a voltage issue and needs more tweeking . Will update later

If it flashes red quickly, its the first stage of low voltage. It lets you know you reached your first voltage selection. Make sure you have the right number of cells selcted and a low voltage cut-off point. I beleive you have two selections, one for the red flashing and the other for autoland. You can also disable voltage protection but then you won't have autoland when LVC is actrivated.

We kinda skimmed thru the voltage part of the setup as we wanted to fly . now we know it creates an issue we will correct it. I have used Mystery 30a esc's unchanged from way they came to me from GLB . (not flashed) and as of yet i see no real problem. I looked at the flashing and am not sure how I can tell if I can or can't flash these. What I was getting at though Naza appears to fly with certain esc's unflashed.

You can flash them, and it makes a big difference. The new version of these escs had little to know documentation, so I made a diagram to assist.

Hey thanks that is awesome just need the pins as I already have the cable. Ok getting back to my previous problem and flashing light ,also DJI assist program saying low volume(4). Well we checked battery fully charged or 98% on my Hyperion EOS .When I look at the voltage where you calibrate it is only reading 5.24 volts. I tried manually to change this no luck. So I did some reading and think I have found the source of my problem. Self inflicted at that. I installed a BEC with an on off switch and then to the VU. Built to many planes and helis and read someting in that wasn't there.
Kinda family day today so won't get to changing this until later tonight. Hey if you admit mistakes it might help someone else out

Any reason for the second BEC? The VU is the bec for the Naza. Just hook it up to your flight battery. Currently you have a bec powering another bec.

What pins are you referring to? Didn't your cable come with a connector to the programmer?
