Maac has just approved and Sanctioned the Event ( thank you very much), I will be scheduling a meeting this month to start the kick off to make sure this is a great event for all.

Hey Peter, I'm not sure what we are doing yet, but yes there will be a dinner. There is a diner across the street but not sure if it right for us. What I would like is dinner at the field and some sort of evening activity...just dreaming right now. will be looking at costs too.
