12000 btu portable air conditioner and dehumidifier
 

This is about 2 years old and was purchased when I lived in a condo. I no longer have any use for it, so am putting it up here and probably kijiji as well.

I paid just over 800 new, but am willing to let it go for 400 or b.o. This is way to big to ship, but willing to drive half way(within reason) to deliver. This is one of the higher end units that doesnt require frequent emptying of the water that is taken out of the air. It recirculates the water to help cool the coils, so you just plug it in and forget about it, when in air con mode. If using it as a dehumidifier, you will have to empty out the 4 gallon jug roughly every day and a half to two days. Will gladly take pictures or show running to anyone interested.
