TREX 450se v2 NEED MORE POWER
 

Wondering what the BEST power combo for a trex 450se v2 would be? And whats this i hear about 6cell batteries is this even possible (power to weight)wise? I am running the stock setup right now which is pretty good but powers down on high tork manuvers. I adjusted the pitch to make up for the lack of power but now i am not liking the lack of "pop" my heli has please advise

The Scoprion 2221-6 is pretty insane. The -8 is also very good. The -6 has more rpm, while the -8 has more torque. If you're using cheaper batteries go with the -8, the -6 is really demanding on the packs.... but it will give you a head speed of about 4000 rpm for 3.5 - 4 mins. It's almost too powerful.

Thanks guys i will try the scorpian than:D Do i need a better esc than the stock , guess its a 35amp, one?

My 35 amp esc was fine with my older 25C batteries. I've been flying it lately with some new 30C packs and after about 2.5 mins the esc starts to kick in and out. Try your 35a one.. if you have any issues then pick up something bigger.

11T pinion with a 150T main gear on the Mini Titan. I'm not totally sure what size the main gear is on the T-rex, but I believe it's similar to the MT.

Colin... where does the Just Go Fly 500TH come in for power? Is it less than the Scorpion?
