Cassat,
Thanks for the tip on the foam. I am in the process of making a CNC foam cutter and have one side basically done then the electronics. No drawings, just out of the head and things that I have seen on the net.

My idea was to hollow core later if I figure it all out. A roll of solar film will go quite a ways on one of these.
Thanks for offering help on the outrigger. I have one from a previous transaction from a gentleman in BC along with the CC25.
